Returns, Exchange & Cancellations 
Due to the health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchange. As majority of our pieces are made to order, any changes must be made within 24 hours of when an order has been placed. Sale items and gift cards are final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
